今年年初，最高人民法院确定全国首批106个相对薄弱基层法院，吹响脱薄冲锋号。现在工作进展如何？突出问题有没有实质性解决？政治、业务特别是班子、队伍建设整体上有没有明显改观？7月11日起，人民法院新闻传媒总社推出“脱薄争先检阅台”栏目，以融媒体报道的形式，客观报道薄弱法院以脱薄向强促整体提质增效的工作成果，全面展现薄弱法院转变理念、增强信心，奋力争先、不等不靠，努力为基层治理注入强大司法动能的拼搏精神和崭新面貌。

本期“脱薄争先检阅台”走进广西壮族自治区桂平市人民法院。自被确定为全国相对薄弱基层法院后，桂平法院人吹响转变思想作风、精进业务能力的冲锋号，坚持“公正与效率”主题，深入剖析短板弱项指标，向学习要素能、向管理要质效，完善以审判管理为核心、以队伍管理为关键、以行政管理为保障的制度体系，“一撇一捺”书写脱薄新篇章。
