2024年年初，最高人民法院确定全国首批106个相对薄弱基层法院，吹响脱薄冲锋号。 现在工作进展如何？ 突出问题有没有实质性解决？ 政治、业务特别是班子、队伍建设整体上有没有明显改观？2024年 7月11日起，人民法院新闻传媒总社推出“脱薄争先检阅台”栏目，以融媒体报道的形式，客观报道薄弱法院以脱薄向强促整体提质增效的工作成果，全面展现薄弱法院转变理念、增强信心，奋力争先、不等不靠，努力为基层治理注入强大司法动能的拼搏精神和崭新面貌。

本期“脱薄争先检阅台”走进云南省瑞丽市人民法院。脱薄工作开展以来，瑞丽法院坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”，大量矛盾纠纷在诉前得到实质性化解。伴随审判理念转变，瑞丽法院有效推进执法办案良性循环，审判执行、队伍建设、司法服务保障显著提升。
